Job Descriptions:
ASF is hiring for many jobs in two main categories:
Uniformed Positions:
ASI (Assistant Sub-Inspector) – BPS-11:
This job helps manage the team and keeps security rules in place. There are 71 jobs available. Both men and women from all parts of Pakistan can apply. You need to have Intermediate education and be 18 to 30 years old (including age relaxation).
Corporal – BPS-07:
Corporals are the main security workers at airports. They check passengers and guard the area. ASF needs 714 Corporals. You must have Matric education and be 18 to 30 years old (with age relaxation).
Civil Staff Positions:
ASF is also hiring for these jobs:
- Assistant – BPS-15: You help in office work. You need a Bachelor’s degree.
- Steno Typist – BPS-14: You type fast and take short-hand notes. You need Intermediate education and 80 WPM shorthand speed.
- UDC (Upper Division Clerk) – BPS-11: You manage files and office tasks. You need Intermediate and 40 WPM typing speed.
- LDC (Lower Division Clerk) – BPS-09: You do basic office work. You need Matric and 30 WPM typing speed.
- Lab Attendant – BPS-07: You help in labs. You need Matric (Science).
- Nursing Assistant – BPS-07: You give medical help. You need Matric (Science) and a Nursing Diploma.
- MT Driver – BPS-05: You drive ASF vehicles. You need Primary education and a valid license (Men only).
- Corporal Driver – BPS-05: Similar to MT Driver but needs Matric and valid license (Men only).
Company Overview:
ASF is a government agency under the Ministry of Aviation. It protects all airports in Pakistan from crime and threats. ASF staff are trained to deal with any security problem. By joining ASF, you help keep the country safe and support the aviation sector.
Job Requirements:
To apply, you must meet these conditions:
- Education: Depends on the job. From Primary to Graduation.
- Age: Most jobs are for 18 to 30 years old (with age relaxation).
Age Relaxation:
- Retired army personnel: 15 years or as per service.
- People from Sindh (Rural), Balochistan, GB, Ex-FATA, AJK, minorities: 3 years.
- Children of deceased government workers: 5 years.
Physical Standards (Uniformed Jobs):
For Men:
- Height: 5 ft. 6 in.
- Chest: 32–34 in.
- Weight: As per chart
For Women:
- Height: 5 ft. 2 in.
- Weight: As per chart
Physical Test:
Men:
- Run 1 mile in 7.5 minutes
- 22 push-ups in 2 minutes
- 22 sit-ups in 2 minutes
Women:
- Run 1 mile in 13 minutes
Other Rules:
- Must be a citizen of Pakistan
- Government employees and retired army persons must have NOC
- Pregnant women cannot apply
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Each job has different tasks, but all help in keeping airports safe.
ASI and Corporals do checks, patrols, control access, and respond to problems.
Civil staff help with office, driving, medical, and lab work.
Important Information:
These jobs are only for Pakistani citizens. People from other countries cannot apply. No visa sponsorship is available.
Salary and Benefits:
