Job Description:
As a Sales Closer, you will answer sales calls and help customers buy. Your English must be strong, and you should be able to type fast. You’ll talk to customers, solve problems, and help them place or keep their orders. You must be good at explaining things and helping people feel happy with their choices. You’ll also use our CRM system to keep customer records. You may also reply to emails, chat messages, or social media complaints. You will help customers with placing new orders, returns, or exchanges. Your job will include answering calls, calling back when needed, replying to emails, and chatting online with customers.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for people who are positive, energetic, and want to succeed. You must have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Closer in an international call center. You should have completed graduation. You must be good at talking to customers and helping them buy. Your English should be excellent—both spoken and written. You will work from our office in Johar Town, Lahore.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming sales calls politely and professionally.
- Turn those calls into successful sales.
- Convince customers to keep their orders.
- Use CRM software to manage customer details.
- Solve customer problems by phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Greet customers and find out why they called.
- Help with placing orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Manage calls, follow-up calls, emails, and chats.
