The Exciting Role: Sales & Customer Services Representative
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will talk to customers. You will answer phone calls and help with flight tickets. You will give the right information and solve problems. Your job is to make customers happy and help the company grow.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer phone calls fast and nicely. Help customers with questions about flights.
- Ticketing Support: Tell correct information about prices, booking, refunds, changes, and cancellations.
- Customer Assistance: Listen to customers and solve their problems. Make sure they are happy.
- High-Quality Service Delivery: Always be kind, polite, and helpful on calls.
- Problem Solving: Help with special requests and fix complaints fast.
- Meeting and Exceeding Targets: Try to reach your goals and do better every time. You can earn more money with bonuses and commission.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of work in a UK or US call center is better.
